CONCEPTUALIZATION
•Develop feasibility study and brief
•Present Materiality and Color Palette
•Design Intent Schematic Presentation
•Propose Initial Recommendations and Specifications
•Revision of proposed designs as required for final approval
•Outline preliminary budgeting/cost projections for contract
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & SPACE PLANNING
•Floor/furniture planning from our extensive mix of resources
•Review of conceptual design and contract work
•Bespoke custom furniture/millwork details, cabinetry
•Written specifications
•Coordination of artisans, specialists, consultants as required for sub- contractors

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
Design Team Responsibilities include:
•Construction – plan review and oversight
•Issuing all design-intent drawings
•Completing written specifications/scope of work for competitive bid
•Evaluation of bids and proposals with Client
•Reviewing contractor’s schedule with Client
•Interior design project management
•Final on-site installation/delivery/completion
