Phyllis Harbinger, ASID, CID
Phyllis Harbinger, ASID, CID has been running Design Concepts/Interiors, LLC, her own design firm, since 1993, servicing both commercial and residential clients worldwide. She is NCIDQ certified, and a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers, and has served as president of the NY Metro Chapter and as the Chair of the Chapter Support Team on the National level. She is also a tenured Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City.

Project Manager and Designer
A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, Ewa has worked under a series of Architects in New York City and Westchester County. After working as a virtual employee for DCI Studio, she has now joined our team in the role of Project Manager and Designer. She assists in all aspects of the design process in addition to working alongside our Principal, reporting on both client and vendor relations. Her expertise is all in the details and she is responsible for oversight of our complex building and design projects. With 15 years of experience, we are thrilled to add Ewa to our DCI team.
Emma has been a part of our DCI Studio Team since 2014, starting as an intern after her freshman year at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has worked closely with us over the years and was promoted to the position of Design Assistant in 2016. Since 2015, Emma has taken the lead on all social media posts and promotions, increasing our online network visibility across platforms over 300 percent. Before joining the DCI team, she interned at other design firms such as Nicole Fuller Interiors, Barbara Sternau Interior Design, and WMW Architects, and MKDA.
Following a successful freshman year as one of Phyllis' rising stars at The Fashion Institute of Technology, Ediley was asked to join the team as our Design Assistant. Her background in Aesthetics and her graphic and interior design and drawing skills have already proven to be critical tools to our workflow. Ediley is responsible for textile selection, specification management and sourcing, 3D and 2D drawings and assisting the team with client and project management.
Gabriella studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology, she was asked to join the DCI team in the Summer of 2018. She is a self-starter, our meeting scribe and her Photoshop and 3D rendering skills are as important as her exquisite textile selection capabilities. She is also one of our point people for client deliveries and installations, ensuring that everything is received in perfect order. She is an asset to our team and our clients and we are looking forward to expanding her role as she continues her studies.
